   Jeremy:

   In the first method you showed us, the “money page” is just a page with an article and a link to the CPA offer page, right? OK… why not just use a ring of sites that each link directly to the CPA offer page? (Of course, the ring of pages — Squidoo, hubpages ,etc. would all also link to each other).

   Hi Jeremy
   YOu mentioned that if the page is already at the 2nd or 3rd page, you can boost its ranking by adding more backlinks.

   How about if the page is nowhere there. Is it worth it to add some more backlinks or just to write more articles?
