Hey Jeremy and Don— I had two WordPress blogs online with Affiliate links–Adsense and Amazon ads–the sites where not doing anything (My Fault) but two weeks ago I gave up my Hostgator account —– below are my questions:
1.) Should I try to reopen my Hostgator account and have my blogs republished with them ??
2.) Do you have a hosting company you recommend and have the blogs transfered over ???
3.)Or should I just apply to CPA networks and use your suggestions above on how to apply if you do not have a website??
I am not sure if you are excepting replies before you open next Thursday but there are somethings I would like get set up before we get started.
I am reticent to go to the trouble of signing up for membership of any CPA networks until i know whether or not this is for me..
The only way i will know whether this is for me is when i know more about what is involved in running this as a business (i am a newb and you promoted this as suitable for newbs!)..
So to rephrase my question…Is the posession of CPA membership a prerequisite to getting the most out of the training or can the learning be accomplished with a view to gaining membership post hoc..
I hope I have this time made myself clear …(would insert smiley but don’t know how too)
I think you should apply for the CPA network before the training begins. Because as Jeremy and Don will teach you, you will see that CPA marketing is one of the easiest form as compared to others.
If you have joined this Bootcamp, you can be sure of yourself that CPA marketing will work for you. The best part of CPA marketing is that you won’t have to sell anything most the time. They generally pay you for free leads, like Zip submit or email submits, which is easier to promote.
So i would say that you apply to the networks ASAP and better get approved by 1-2 before the training begins.
Hope this helps somewhat.

If I am not from US, will get accepted to cpa network?
Yusuf Reply: March 13th, 2009 at 2:29 am
I think so maybe… that’s the problem I’m facing. I’m American but traveling abroad and XY7 last night called me out on my IP address like I was scamming them lol… so I’m still not approved with them.

Jeremy and Yusuf,
I live in AUSTRALIA and have been accepted by several CPA networks, prior to this.
So I’d suggest complete honesty and openness. Worked for me.
i cant speak English. can you help me call AM and let me get into cpa netowrk?
can you add more cpa network lists? i think we need to join more than 20 cpa network and spread our earnings. dont put all eggs into one basket, right?
you only list 4 cpa network, it is not enough.
as i know, azoogles limited members from some countries.
Regards!
Jeremy Reply: March 13th, 2009 at 9:15 am
I can’t get on the phone with you…Just make sure to fill out your application completely and you should be OK.
Here is a list of some other CPA networks for you:
1. First I live in the EU, Spain, in fact, and I do not want to be involved in US tax issues, is this a barrier to joining these networks?
2. I applied for about six of these networks some time ago but got rejected, they didn’t think my sites suited my needs. I eventually joined CJ and Pepperjam, are these good enough to get started?
3. I presume PPC will be the prime driver here. Are you going to be making any recommendations on the best way to use/learn it? Or should I be looking at this area now? Gotta admit it was a disaster the last time I tried it.
Jeremy Reply: March 13th, 2009 at 10:32 am
The networks that you are with are fine
We probably won’t be doing much with “paid traffic” so, your credit card balance is safe
Is Erick Bright from Market Leverage aware of CPA Marketers Bootcamp? I’m supposed to have a phone interview with him Monday.. should I mention the bootcamp or no? Any advice
Jeremy Reply: March 13th, 2009 at 6:23 pm
Yes, he is aware of it
nick Reply: March 16th, 2009 at 2:06 pm
I spoke to Erick today. I didn’t mention the Bootcamp, I told him I was doing $5000 from CPA and asked him more questions than he asked me. He get me signed up fast enough!
Jeremy/Don:
I noticed on all of the signup links that you have posted here that there appears to be an affiliate id tagged with the link. is this your affiliate ID? Does this mean that there is some monetization going your way for all who sign up under your Ids (assuming that the signups bring in money to the networks)?
Jeremy Reply: March 13th, 2009 at 10:25 pm
Yes
I’m not sure what it is as Don talks with the CPA companies, but yes they are affiliate links.
Hi
I tried to apply to Azoogle but it seems like they are limited to a few countries only. So does it mean that if I’m not from any of those countries listed on their website, I shouldn’t even try to apply to them?
Hey guys,
I applied to all the above networks late last night (Saturday) and was planning on calling them on Monday. But Market Leverage beat me to it and called me this morning and I got in!
So yes they do work on weekends everyone, so go ahead and apply!
Like it was said try wotogepa.com it is owned by PPC-Coach from Warrior Forums. He said if you mention his name as a referral on the application then he will personally approve it. I applied but still waiting for reply… maybe cause it’s the weekend.
john34 Reply: March 15th, 2009 at 4:19 pm
No offense of anyone but wotogepa pay too low compared to same offer in other network.ML,Neverblue,Advaliant, hydra are all good ones
Just phoned Azoogle spoke to Heidi, had a brief conversation with her came across pretty professional to her and she approved me straight away.
Still waiting for my login details though so cant start tonight now will have to wait.
cheers
Marcus
sandracee Reply: March 16th, 2009 at 5:10 pm
Marcus, when you called Azoogle did you mention CPA Bootcamp? I kept getting her voicemail today but will try again tomorrow. Thanks, Sandra
Well I just told her what Jeremy and Don said to say and threw in a bit of my own experience’s I just told the truth and I did mention the bootcamp.
Although today they just want my ip address and to answer a couple more questions.
Going by the above comments, since I’m from India, I may have a problem getting approved at some of these networks. I want to be doubly cautious and do things right.
I have two “acne” websites. If I mention these websites when filling up the applications, will I be restricted to offers related to health/beauty/acne?
Also, is the amount of traffic to the websites a factor these networks consider before approving?
One of my websites is three years old and the other, just a couple of months - is it preferable to mention the older one or both?
Amazing! Just got accepted into the Maxbounty, within 3 days! (afters months of rejection). Best part, got accepted without having to make a phone call..Thanks guys, you are the best
I just got approved with azoogle today. I mentioned about the bootcamp and answered all questions. The Affiliate Network Blueprint by Mandy Chong helped me with answering the questions. Just stay positive and like Jeremy said, look like you know what you are talking about.
Calling these CPA networks certainly helps in getting accepted, even if you get a rejection mail.
MaxBounty sent an email saying they are unable to approve at the moment and when I called them, I was approved almost instantly. (Followed the exact steps mentioned by Srikanth).
XY7 sent an email asking me to call them, and that’s all I had to do.
I received the approval mail from Wotogepa within half-hour. I did mention I was from the Warrior Forum.
If you’re having problems, go ahead and call them immediately after applying….
jppower Reply: March 19th, 2009 at 8:37 am
I’ve never applied to CPA networks before.
How do i answer these questions?
Is your traffic incentivized?
Does any of your traffic come from other publishers/media buys?
On a daily basis, how much do you spend on advertisements?
Yeah I dunno why they friggin ask that stupid question…
Just put N/A
It changes per product you are promoting.
It’s like when I owned a computer store years ago…You would talk to
distributors…and they would ask what do you estimate your yearly
earnings would be or your monthly…
Hell I don’t know…I might make $50 this month I might make $50k sheesh lol…Too many dang variables to say from the get go what I will make.
Same with eCPM…How do I know what it is going to be per 1000 until I pushed the product and have some data to go by.
I’d rather look at it this way myself…
Right now Jeremy and I on one offer are converting around 1 in 17…(try to do that on clickbank)
I’ve found that it is best to fill out the application first thing in the morning because you will want to contact them a few hours later by phone if you want to speed up the process.
I have a few questions pertaining to the above statement.
I’m not new to Affiliate marketing, have a few network under my belt - Linkshare, Linkconnector, ShareAsale, CJ (need to reactivate) to new a few.
However, when I tried to apply pepperjam couple months back with some of my good content and aged blogs and they rejected me outright–a shocker to me! I wanted to ask for their decision but decided to pass them by for now.
Since I’m a Non-US resident, I don’t know how best I could call them when there is a 12-hours difference (EST). So my question is, is that call a MUST?
Being rejected once has somehow tainted my willingness to apply for other networks. So should I just say I don’t have any website and put
http://www.cpamarketersbootcamp.com Then In comments/notes put you are learning cpa in a training program with Don and Jeremy CPA Marketers Bootcamp
Please advice!
Thanks
Jeremy Reply: March 26th, 2009 at 7:10 pm
Renee,
These CPA companies are “fickle” sometimes. I’m not even sure if we have a pepperjam account or not as Don deals with most of the CPA companies.
Where the call comes in handy is letting them know that you are above board and want to promote their offers by their rules.
For many of the networks, simply letting them know that you are going through the bootcamp will definitely help as many people here can attest to
The call by no means is mandatory but it does improve your chances of being approved.
Yes, my affiliate manager called me and we talked about 5 mins.
I also got approved by Marketleverage, and both their affiliate director and my affiliate manager called me. The affiliate director talked with me for a little bit long time and he asked me lots of question that have nothing to do with affiliate marketing. Like how is the weather in your city, is your place close to XXXX?
I tried to sign up to Azoogle Ads but living in Australia I can’t really call these guys due to cost and time difference. I also got really confused on all the questions they ask me on the sign up. It felt like the inquisition.
What do I need to answer to all them questions. It would be good if you had a screenshot that would show the answers and questions we should choose.
Not sure whether to pretend I know what I’m doing (which I don’t) or to just come across as a real noob with them.
Jeremy Reply: April 9th, 2009 at 10:57 pm
In the post above we have given you many of the answers that they want to hear. Also, mention that you are a member of the bootcamp and that will help as we have personally called the CPA networks that we listed above.
I just wanted to say “thank you”. I joined this group late, but it already has been a positive experience. I have been dabbling in IM for a little over 4 months, and did not have the “courage” to apply to any CPA firms, because I thought I just didn’t know enough. However, after I joined, and listened to the webinar the other night, decided to apply. Well, I was accepted into several and waiting for call backs for a couple others. Thanks again. Now its time to try to catch up. ~Theresa aka notatechie
I’m a member of Pepper Jam, Commission Junction, Shareasale and Linkshare. I applied for the ones you recommended but will any of these suffice should I not get approved for the ones you recommended?
Woot! I just got accepted into Marketing Leverage. I name dropped Don and just really told them what they wanted to hear “I have been making money online for such and such time but I am really interested in making more money faster and that I am going full force with CPA”.
He also wanted to know if there were specific products that work well for me and I just mentioned one I am currently working on but told him what jeremy told us to say “I’m interested in trial offers because I find those convert the best for me”. I just made it sound like I wasn’t a newbie and I only slightly exaggerated.
I’m from Germany and i’ve sent my application to azoogle und
got the tel. interview couples of minutes ago.
They didn’t let me in because I have no website to show up right know.
So i’m supposed to do ? Build a site real quick out of nothing?
Just got accepted into Max Bounty. Spoke with Adam. He had mentioned that he knew I was with CPA Marketer’s Bootcamp and just wanted to know how I was going to promote offers. Told him PPC and Search Engine Optimization and then he asked which offers I would be interested and told me some new ones to promote then approved me.
When filling out the Azoogelads application, what do I put for company name/publisher id? I don’t have either and I’ve already put my full name for payout name.
Thanks,
Maurice
Jeremy Reply: April 20th, 2009 at 10:30 am
If your business is just your name — so, Just put your name
They ask the following questions on app, just wondering what i should i put in:
How many banner impressions do you serve on a monthly basis?
How many visitors do you get on a monthly basis?
What kind of advertising do you use?
Are you interested in banner rotation?
Do you currently use ad rotating software?
If yes, which software do you use?
What is your average eCPM?
Jeremy Reply: April 29th, 2009 at 4:44 pm
If you don’t get any of those things or use any of those things you just put N/A.
When you call the network or if they call you, simply tell them this…
“I build sites based on the offers that I choose to promote. I then either use SEO or PPC to drive traffic to the offers to get a feel for the best way to move forward with them”
It took me about 5 days (weekend), but I just got accepted by Maxbounty. I was not able to get through to XY7 and they have not called me. I received an email from Stephen Chua with a link to Clickbooth and I put his name for referral. They specialize in CPA offers (over 4000). They have more hoops to jump through. I had to watch 3 training videos and take an online test where I had to score over 80% on. I did that and they called today for a brief interview, so now I am accepted into that network. I think Maxbounty and Clickbooth will be enough to get me started. I was previously a member of Commission Junction, but they really don’t have very many CPA offers, and the ones they have are not very interesting to me.
I am wondering what the CPA companies are looking for in a website. Do they want to see sites I have made that are promoting products, or do they want to see a site that is not promoting but more informative where ads can be placed?
I new to CPA and fairly new to IM. I have been doing the bootcamp and implementing the methods for a few weeks now and I must say it is great! I am looking to expand out into other CPA networks and wanted to know about the websites.
I don’t know how many people are checking these older threads, but I was late to sign up. There is another CPA network that is pretty easy to get approved for Float Interactive CPA Network (aff link). It was recently purchased by the guys that did Commission Blueprint and they seem to be doing a lot to improve it. And, once you are in, if you refer others into the network, you earn 4% 2nd tier commissions on anything they do… that’s why I included my affiliate link.
We are unable to accept your application as a MaxBounty.com affiliate
at this time. Our decision was not a judgment on the quality of your
website, but rather that it was not a suitable match for our current

I got accepted into Max Bounty, but I have a major problem with AzoogleAds.
I received this email from them:
Thank you for your interest in AzoogleAds. After careful review of your application, we have found that your IP is currently blacklisted by third party source DNSstuff.com and, in turn, does not meet our compliance standards.
In order to rectify this situation, all we require is an additional IP address and to further discuss the details surrounding how you conduct e-mail marketing.
Note: If you are not interested in marketing AzoogleAds campaigns via e-mail please advise us and we will remove this traffic type from your pending account.
Please contact me by responding to this email. At that time, we will reassess your application. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me by telephone at 1-866-891-0300 option 3, or via email at publisherapplications@azoogleads.com.

Hi Jeremy/Don
I’m a REAL latecomer on this bootcamp - took you up on your $20 deal today. Major Congratulations on your success by the way!
I am starting to apply to CPA networks and have hit a stumbling block with Max Bounty. They will not accept appplications with FREE email addresses - is there a way around this???
Hope this is the best way to ask q’s to you?
Hi Jeremy and Don,
I have only just joined the Bootcamp (December 2009) and I’m not sure if this is the right place to be asking questions (I see the last comment was in August 2009).
Can you tell me at what stage your at with the CPA Marketers bootcamp ?
I still need to join the CPA networks.
I have checked out the Maxbounty sign up page and under the email address they are asking for a password why? what password? can you help?
Thanks
I’m applying for azoogle: for the methods of driving traffic, there is search, email, display, contextual, and social media. Which ones should I choose?
Thanks
Hey, everyone just wanted to let you guys know that I got accepted to both Azoogle & Max Bounty on the same day. I filled out the applications in the morning and called both companies and was approved instantly, it wasn’t hard at all, Just come of professional and say you use ppc and media buys to promote your offers and you should be set, on as side note try to write down at least 2 offers currently being promoted on CPA networks because they asked me for specific trial offer names and I just gave them to acai products and was good to go. This is very easy to get accepted into these CPA networks so don’t over complicate things like Jeremy says.

2. I don’t have a website, but if I use http://www.cpamarketersbootcamp.com as my website can I change in later in the preferences in each network?

Yusuf,
If you don’t have a website, just put in the cpamarketersbootcamp.com and then give them a call.
If you don’t have a company name and corp ID# just use your name and SSN#.
The important thing is that you give them a call a couple of hours or maybe even the next morning after submitting your application.
March 12th, 2009 at 1:20 pm
I’m signing up at MaxBounty and I need help on these 3 questions:
Is this account for incentive traffic?
If yes, describe the incentive
Describe Your Site
Thanks!
March 12th, 2009 at 1:23 pm
Tell them no — It is not for incentivized traffic
That should take care of questions 1 and 2
As for describing your site…
Tell them that you are going to be building sites around specific offers that you select…

I have a few questions:

The networks that you are with are fine
We probably won’t be doing much with “paid traffic” so, your credit card balance is safe

Azoogle are a nightmare to apply to if your not from the US. They make you complete a huge application form.
Think I’ll give them a miss!

I noticed on all of the signup links that you have posted here that there appears to be an affiliate id tagged with the link. is this your affiliate ID? Does this mean that there is some monetization going your way for all who sign up under your Ids (assuming that the signups bring in money to the networks)?

Jeremy and Don,
Going by the above comments, since I’m from India, I may have a problem getting approved at some of these networks.
Thanks!

How do i answer these questions?
Is your traffic incentivized?
Does any of your traffic come from other publishers/media buys?
On a daily basis, how much do you spend on advertisements?

What is your average eCPM?
zerofill Reply:
March 20th, 2009 at 3:48 am
But yeah just put N/A
March 26th, 2009 at 12:17 am
Jeremy or Don,
I’ve found that it is best to fill out the application first thing in the morning because you will want to contact them a few hours later by phone if you want to speed up the process.
Thanks
Jeremy Reply:
March 26th, 2009 at 7:10 pm
Renee,
These CPA companies are “fickle” sometimes.
March 30th, 2009 at 7:44 am

Hi guys,
I tried to sign up to Azoogle Ads but living in Australia I can’t really call these guys due to cost and time difference.

I have been dabbling in IM for a little over 4 months, and did not have the “courage” to apply to any CPA firms, because I thought I just didn’t know enough. He also wanted to know if there were specific products that work well for me and I just mentioned one I am currently working on but told him what jeremy told us to say “I’m interested in trial offers because I find those convert the best for me”. I just made it sound like I wasn’t a newbie and I only slightly exaggerated.

Are you interested in banner rotation?
Do you currently use ad rotating software?

Hello,
They might not take people from China or you might have said something that they didn’t like…
I wouldn’t worry about it though…As long as you are with one network, you pretty much have access to most if not all of the offers out there anyway.
While we do have a good relationship with many of the networks, It’s not as easy as us picking up the phone and saying “can you approve so and so”
