What do you think of OfferVault.com? Is it accurate and up-to-date as far as in providing the data from each network? If it lists only 325 offers for a network, is it possible the network has more? Or is 325 a high number already?
I can already see how this could make tons of more $ than cheesy Clickbank products. Don’t let the gurus find out you’re showing us where the real money is at!

Truthfully myself…I have only looked at offervault I think once. I pretty much (and I recommend this) talk to the affiliate managers on what is converting the most. The more money you make the more money they make…so they like to make sure you go where the money is hehe. If your into health…ask them what is converting the best via health, financial ask them what is converting best for financial. Pretty much during the bootcamp you will know what is converting the best because we will be talking about them…but once your on your own…just keep all your affiliate managers on an Instant Messaging client. They almost all use AIM.
http://www.pidgin.im is the IM client I use…because you can do:
* AIM
* Bonjour
* Gadu-Gadu
* Google Talk
* Groupwise
* ICQ
* IRC
* MSN
* MySpaceIM
* QQ
* SILC
* SIMPLE
* Sametime
* XMPP
* Yahoo!
* Zephyr
On it…
As far as the Gurus or whatever…hehe… We have had some nasty emails in the past for showing people some things…but oh well… The Internet is huge…you can’t over saturate it that easy. That is where people just don’t seem to understand the Internet is a global marketplace.
For a website can you use a blog like blogspot or does it need to be a wordpress blog or what?
Just getting started, just got on & am starting at the top post.
Thanks
Jerry

You can use them, but if you do make sure that it is like your “business site” and not a “niche site”….
Make sure to let the networks know that you build pages specific for the offers that you decide to promote and that you direct link to those offers.

Hi Jeremy
Could you please elaborate further on “…business site and not a niche site” please ?

Jeremy Reply: March 26th, 2009 at 7:23 pm
When I say business site — I’m talking about a Personal blog about your business or a site dedicated to you and your business…
With that being said — It is not necessary, but it does help.

Jeremy,
From your experience, does the TLD make any difference? — is .COM better than .NET or .INFO, in other words?
Tips on selecting domain names?
Gary
Jeremy Reply: March 26th, 2009 at 7:23 pm
Gary, I don’t think that the TLD matters a whole lot.
The best domain name to get would be your own name probably

Hey Jeremy,
I have a business site up that I have had up for a year. It isn’t advertising any online products or anything though. Basically I am advertising my services as an alternative healthcare practitioner working with people over the phone. My domain name is my own name. Will this suffice? If so then should I use that on my applications to the CPA networks instead of using the bootcamp website? If using my site is OK should I still mention that I am attending a CPA bootcamp with you guys to help move things along better.
Jim
Which types of offers are most appropriate for beginners with no list or site?
How long does the bootcamp run?
What’s the quickest way to start taking advantage of this camp and start earning?
Will we be doing free traffic methods or also some PPC?
Thanks!
Jeremy Reply: March 16th, 2009 at 11:04 pm
Gustavo,
All the offers are good
We will be getting into specific methods that will show you pretty much what to do.
Hey guys,
I saw an offer for a Clorox 2 offer but it says you have to be approved by the merchant. How does that process work? Thanks.
john34 Reply: March 15th, 2009 at 4:16 pm
Yes,u need to get approved for some of the offers,just check out what are the allowed promotion methods for that offer and then tell them that u will be using same promotion methods to promote and u have generated targeted leads for similar campaigns before.
Jeremy Reply: March 16th, 2009 at 11:05 pm
Sandra — For anything like that contact your Account Manager and they will let you know what you have to do.
1) Why would anyone need to join more than 1 cpa network when they each have hundreds of offers (more than you could probably even look through)?
2) Is it “bad” or frowned upon to incentivize your offers (perhaps by offering a free report or gift AFTER they sign up)?
3) If there is a “daily cap” on an offer of 200 (for example), does that mean I don’t get paid if I send them 250? That sounds like a stupid question, but the real point is this: Do I have to monitor how many people I send? How would I even know? Does the network give me stats?
Thanks,
Johnny
john34 Reply: March 15th, 2009 at 4:13 pm
1)You may like to join more than 1 network just because of different niche of offers,i agree most of networks have same offers,still there are some exclusive offers on some networks,also some networks pays more per lead than other network running same offer.
2)Incentivising non-incentive offers will be blackhat and your AM may question u,u can find few incentive offers in every network.
3)Daily cap is max no of leads u can send in a day,they keep daily cap to check out the quality of your leads,if your leads are of good quality,u can contact your AM and increase your daily cap.Yes,u can check stats in your account,tracking is live for most of the networks.
AM offering me a great offer called “Free $1,000 IKEA Gift Card”
A email submit offer
How to start running this?
Jeremy Reply: March 16th, 2009 at 11:05 pm
Slimboy,
It really depends on what the criteria is for getting traffic…
Are you allowed to incentivize it?
slimboy Reply: March 16th, 2009 at 11:36 pm
Incentive traffic: Not allowed
Search and Email is allowed, also US only
It is a One Field Email submit offer
I don’t know what traffic they want
Jeremy Reply: March 26th, 2009 at 7:17 pm
These are the types of offers that you usually run with something like polls and PPC - We are considering covering these as they can be done fairly cheap
do you know if there is a quota system that needs to be met? I’m asking because commission junction has such a policy that if no sales are made within a certain period of time then the company has the option to put your account on hold.
Hey not that I’ll become dormant but if I join say 3 or 4 CPA networks I’m going to find out which one works best and more than likely the other ones will go by the wayside.
can you comment on that for me?
thanks,
Jim

Jim,
Rocket Profit is like that too I think. If you don’t have any activity for a bit they will threaten to cancel your account. I’m not sure if they will really do it or not — but they do make the thread
Can you tell me what diet offer you guys are using that gets 18-1 conversion? I have a fat burning site that I’ve tried some diet offers on and I am not getting those kind of conversion rates. In fact, Tri Slim is an offer I’ve used before and can’t get anywhere close to a decent rate. I’d sure appreciate your help. I really want to get this site making money.
Thanks,

Tracy, it was an acai offer from Azoogle — “acai pure” The offer ended about a week ago I think So, we switched to another offer which is converting not as well but still 1:30.
Great video. I would only ask if you could go over the different traffic types a bit more. For example, what exactly is web/banner, search, incentised, social?
I can’t get approved for any network. I am at work during the day and not home to get calls and I am not allowed during work. What can I do? Why can’t they just approve with an application? Especially being a newbie, I am no threat of doing anything underhanded. I am just trying to get started and learn and understand the process so I can make a few bucks. Sheesshhh!
Cindy,
Go to offerVault.com or AffSpy.com and just simply start at the top of the list of networks available. Apply to them from top to bottom. There are some that automatically approve on a submitted application. It varies, so you just have to apply until you find one.
An alternative option would be to have someone else call FOR you. A relative, or friend, who might be able to place the call? You’ve been given the answers to many questions on this forum. Print them off/Write them down, give them to your friend, and let them be you for a few minutes.
If the desire is great enough, you WILL find a way!

Hi Jeremy,
A few questions here:
What is “incentivized”? Can you elaborate on this term more? I’m sure this is one term that would probably come up when applying to a network.
And what is meant by “US traffic only”? Does it mean that we won’t be paid for clicks by people from outside the US?
Would love to know the answers to these before I start applying to the networks.
Loloy
Jeremy Reply:
March 13th, 2009 at 10:45 pm
Incentivized means that you are giving or offering your visitor something in return for filling out your offer.
U.S. Traffic only means that you only get pain on visitors from the U.S.

Jeremy Reply:

I’m not sure of an example but a business site is a site that says…
“Hey, I’m Gustavo and I’m a businessman”
Not a squidoo lens or a blogger blog…
